In particularly Luthardt Group is constantly improving the standard regarding the safety of its employees while performing, the preservation of their good conditions and health as well as the safety of third parties and their protection of health and of the natural environment.
For this purpose the company has been developing a system of measures that covers all issues of safety, health and environment protection and that is obligatory for all fields of activity.
The implementation of the respective released company policy are counted among the managerial functions of all organisational levels within Luthardt Group. However in equal measure we expect that all employees to act in an safety and enviromentally consious behaviour. The economical approach is indispensable for the effective realisation of this policy.
